Widespread Panic announced a batch of in-person dates for the second half of 2021 on April 6, 2021, built around a five-night stand at the Beacon Theatre in New York City from September 16 through 20.
The Beacon run picks up where the band left off. Its previous five-night stand at the theater took place in early March 2020, days before the pandemic shutdown.
Tickets for the Milwaukee shows go on sale Friday, April 9 at 12:00 p.m. CT. Beacon Theatre tickets go on sale Friday, April 16 at 10:00 a.m. ET.

The Chicago Theatre dates had been announced previously, and a three-night run in Austin, Texas in mid-August was already on the books.
Indoor rooms, still provisional
New York State is only beginning to phase ticketed indoor events back in, and the Beacon dates are among the first new 2021 concerts announced for the venue.
The band attached a caveat to the whole schedule. “As part of a continued commitment to creating the safest, most enjoyable concert experience for everyone, these shows may be revised as needed,” the band said in its statement.
The only New York date in the announcement is the Beacon Theatre. Upstate’s own outdoor calendar fills in over the following months, including the Adirondack Independence Music Festival at Lake George over Labor Day weekend.
